Grant of Options
Trackwise Designs (AIM: TWD), a leading provider of specialist products using printed circuit technology, announces that on 25 August 2022, 508,334 options over the Company's ordinary shares of 4 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") ("Options") were granted to certain PDMRs and in addition 859,000 Options were approved for granting shortly to non-PDMR employees.
The Options have an exercise price of 45.0 pence per Ordinary Share and vest on the later of 31 August 2025 and the achievement of certain performance conditions. The performance conditions of the Options for PDMRs are linked to the Company's future pre-tax profits and share price performance while the performance condition for all other employees is linked to the Company's future pre-tax profits. The Options are subject to claw back and malus provisions.

Trackwise is a UK-based manufacturer of specialist products using printed circuit technology.
The full suite includes: Improved Harness Technology™ ("IHT") and Advanced PCBs - Microwave and Radio Frequency ("RF"), Short Flex, Flex Rigid and Rigid Multilayer products.
IHT uses a proprietary, patented process that Trackwise has developed to manufacture multilayer flexible printed circuits of unlimited length. While the technology has many applications, the directors expect that one of its primary uses will be to replace traditional wire harness in a variety of industries.
The Company operates from three sites, located in Tewkesbury, Stonehouse and Stevenage. It serves customers in Europe and North America.
