Purchase of Shares by a Director

Tungsten Corporation plc (the "Company") has today been notified that on 22 October 2013 a director of the Company, Michael Spencer (through IPGL Limited, a private holding company controlled by Michael Spencer and his family interests) acquired 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 231 pence per share.

Following this acquisition, Mr Spencer (through IPGL Limited) is interested in 980,485 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.98 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital
