Purchase of Shares by a Director
Tungsten Corporation plc (the "Company") was notified today that on 14 April 2014, a director of the Company, Edmund Truell (through Rockhopper Investments Limited) acquired a further 42,945 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 217.75 pence per share.
Following this acquisition, Edmund Truell and members of his family are interested in 14,867,684 ordinary shares in the Company representing 14.9 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital
