Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
Tri-Star (AIM: TSTR), the integrated antimony development company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Guy Eastaugh as Chief Financial Officer of Tri-Star with immediate effect.
Guy Edward Eastaugh began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, qualifying in 1987. Mr Eastaugh subsequently spent six years in investment banking before moving into industry in 1995. He has held senior positions at Enron Europe Limited, Hanson plc and GKN plc. Most recently, Mr Eastaugh acted as Chief Financial Officer at Invista Real Estate Investment Management Holdings plc.
