("ThinkSmart" or the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries the "Group")
PDMR Shareholding Notification
ThinkSmart (AIM: TSL) was notified on 3 July 2020 that Mr. Ned Montarello, Executive Chairman and Director of the Group, effected a transfer of part of his shareholding to his Superannuation Fund on 30 June 2020, by selling and subsequently repurchasing 1,702,997 ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Mr. Montarello's beneficial holding in the Group remains unchanged and comprises of 31,339,886 Ordinary Shares, representing 29.42% of the Company's issued share capital of 106,509,994 Ordinary Shares. The Company holds no shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Group remain 106,509,994.
The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
