Tissue Science Laboratories PLC29 March 2005 Tissue Science Laboratories PLC29 March 2005 Tissue Science Laboratories plc (the "Company") Director Shareholding Further to the Result of Placing and Open Offer announcement released on Friday18 March 2005, of the 1,472,815 Offer Shares allotted under the Open Offer: 1190 ordinary shares were allotted to Mr Martin Hunt, the Chief ExecutiveOfficer of the Company, at a price of 171p per share. As a result of thisallotment, Mr Hunt currently has a beneficial interest in 7,440 ordinary sharesof 10p each in the Company representing 0.025% per cent of the enlarged issuedshare capital; and 761 ordinary shares were allotted to Mr David Jennings, the Finance Director ofthe Company, at a price of 171p per share. As a result of this allotment, MrJennings currently has a beneficial interest in 4,761 ordinary shares of 10peach in the Company representing 0.016% per cent of the enlarged issued sharecapital.
