Tarsus Group PLC24 May 2007 TARSUS GROUP PLC Tarsus Group Plc announces that on 23 May 2007 Bernard Becker, a director of theCompany, sold 152,650 ordinary shares of 5p each of the Company at a price of241p. These shares had been issued to him on 9 May 2007 on the exercise by himof share options under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme. Following the sale Bernard Becker has a direct interest in a total of 109,548voting rights in the Company, representing 0.18% of the total voting rights ofthe Company. The total issued share capital of the Company is 60,746,344 ordinary shares.
