Notification of Transaction by Director

Tarsus Group plc announces that it has received notification that Hamilton Trust Company Limited, on behalf of the ND Buch Life Interest Settlement (the "Life Interest Settlement") acquired 138,661 Ordinary Shares of 5p each of Tarsus Group plc ("Ordinary Shares") on 16 August 2010 and Neville Buch, Executive Chairman of Tarsus Group plc, sold 138,661 Ordinary Shares on 16 August 2010. The Ordinary Shares were acquired by the Life Interest Settlement at 118.55p per share and were sold by Mr Buch at 118.5p per share.

Mr Buch's interest in the shares of Tarsus Group plc is unchanged. He continues to be interested in a total of 8,867,046 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.79% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
