Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
Tarsus announces that it was notified today that on 30 March 2017, Dan O'Brien, Group Finance Director, transferred 57,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") of the Company to his wife for nil consideration.
Following this transaction, Dan O'Brien's interest in Tarsus Shares remains unchanged at 230,933 Shares (including his wife's holding of 205,803), representing approximately 0.2 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
