Tarsus Group PLC04 July 2006 TARSUS GROUP PLC GRANT OF OPTIONS Tarsus Group plc announces that on 4 July 2006 it granted a total of 101,509approved options over ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("OrdinaryShares") to members of staff under its SAYE share option scheme at an exerciseprice of 144.60 pence per Ordinary Share representing a 20 per cent. discount tothe market price of the Ordinary Shares on the dealing day preceding the date ofinvitation.
