Director's Share Purchase
Trident Royalties plc was notified on 7 October 2020 that Al Gourley, a director, on 7 October 2020 purchased 200,000 Trident ordinary shares of £0.01 par value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 28p per Ordinary Share. Following this share purchase, Al Gourley is interested in 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.86 per cent. of the Company's voting rights.
