Torotrak PLC05 September 2007 Torotrak plc 5 September 2007 Directors shareholdings Torotrak plc ("the Company") announces that on 3rd September a total of 252,909ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") were awarded to twoDirectors under the Company's annual bonus scheme, to be satisfied by way of adistribution of Shares held by the trustees of the Torotrak plc Employee ShareTrust ("the Trust"). The awards were granted at 31.8p per Share, being theaverage closing price of the Shares in the 5 business days preceding the awards. Mr Richard Elsy was awarded 127,123 Shares and the Trust will sell such Sharesto cover his liability for tax and national insurance, leaving him with aresultant increase in his beneficial interest in the Company of 75,003 Shares. Mr Jeremy Deering was awarded 125,786 Shares and the Trust will sell such Sharesto cover his liability for tax and national insurance, leaving him with aresultant increase in his beneficial interest in the Company of 74,214 Shares.
