Block listing Interim Review

Trinity Exploration & Production plc (AIM: TRIN), the independent E&P company focused on Trinidad and Tobago, provides its block listing update in respect of its existing block listing:

The number of shares under the existing block listing has been reduced by a factor of 10 following the capital reorganisation, announced on 26 May 2021, pursuant to which the Company's issued share capital was reduced from 388,794,303 to 38,879,431 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each.
