Non-executive Director retirement

Town Centre Securities PLC, the Leeds based property investor and car park operator, today announces that Howard Stanton, a non-executive director, is retiring from the Company's Board with effect from the end of April 2015.

Commenting, Edward Ziff, Chairman and Chief Executive said:

"I am very grateful to Howard for his significant contribution to Town Centre's Board over the last six years. His wise counsel and extensive property and business expertise was an extremely valuable asset during the tough trading environment for the property sector that followed the financial crisis. We wish Howard and his family continued good health and happiness in all his future plans and other interests.

"With the recent appointments of Ian Marcus and Paul Huberman as non-executive directors, I am confident that we have a strong team to take us through the next stage of the Company's development."
