On 1st February 2018 Balkan Investment Unlimited Company purchased 10,978,261 shares in Total Produce plc. The registered holder of Balkan Investment Unlimited Company's new shares is Davycrest Nominee Account 0148148.
As of 5th February 2018 this holding represents 4.06% of the ordinary shares of Total Produce plc in issue excluding treasury shares.
In addition they notified Total Produce plc pursuant to Section 1048 of the Companies Act 2014 that Balkan Investment Unlimited Company and its subsidiaries now hold 49,016,821 ordinary shares in Total Produce plc.
