ReGen Therapeutics PLC20 December 2006 Total Voting Rights and Share Capital "ReGen" or the "Company" Ticker:RGT announces that for the purposes of thetransitional provisions of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in theCompany in issue as at the date of this notice is 694,304,442, with each sharecarrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 694,304,442. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosureand Transparency Rules.
