Director Dealing
Thruvision Group plc (AIM: THRU), ("Thruvision" the "Company") the specialist provider of people-screening technology to the global security market, announces that on 19 December 2017, Tom Black, Executive Chairman of Thruvision, notified the Board of dealings in ordinary shares in the Company.
Tom Black informed the Company of the following purchases;
· 664,404 ordinary shares in the Company (held in an ISA in the name of Thomas Black) at a price of 15.49 pence per share, a total of £102,916.18.
· 849,305 ordinary shares in the Company (held in an ISA in the name of his wife Ann Black) at a price of 15.49 pence per share, a total of £131,557.34.
Following this transaction, Tom Black's total shareholding in the company is 11,349,444 Ordinary Shares representing 6.87% of the Company's current total issued share capital and total voting rights.
