DIRECTOR DEALING
Tekmar Group (AIM: TGP), a leading provider of technology and services for the global offshore energy markets, announces that Alasdair MacDonald, Chief Executive Officer has bought 75,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an aggregated price of 63.1p representing 0.14% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. The transactions took place on 22 January 2021 and 25 January 2021. Following these transactions Alasdair's interest in the Company is 509,526 Ordinary Shares representing 0.99% of the Company's total voting rights.
