Touchstone Gold Limited (AIM:TGL) ("Touchstone" or the "Company")

Touchstone has been advised of the following shareholdings in relation to Mr Ilyas Khan's total interest in the share capital of the Company.

Mr Khan's interest is held through Pennine Capital Limited ("Pennine"), in which he has a 100% interest, and TW Indus Ltd ("TW Indus") in which he has a 100% interest and which holds 95% of ECK Partners Holdings Limited ("ECK"), which holds 100% of Stanhill Special Situations Fund Limited ("SSSF").

On 6 May 2014, on a total issued share capital of 402,035,432 common shares, Mr Khan's aggregate interest was 56,083,855 common shares representing 13.95% of issued share capital, held as to: Pennine, 23,000,000 common shares; TW Indus, 9,042,137 shares; ECK Partners Holdings Limited, 12,020,859 common shares; and SSSF, 12,020,859 common shares.

On 18 July 2014, Mr Khan's aggregate interest was 50,333,855 common shares representing 12.52% of issued share capital (threshold passed 13%), held as to: Pennine, 23,000,000 common shares; TW Indus, 3,292,137 shares; ECK Partners Holdings Limited, 12,020,859 common shares; and SSSF, 12,020,859 common shares.

On 22 September 2014, Mr Khan's aggregate interest was 46,333,855 common shares representing 11.52% of issued share capital (threshold passed 12%), held as to: Pennine, 23,000,000 common shares; ECK Partners Holdings Limited, 12,020,859 common shares; and SSSF, 11,312,996 common shares.

As previously notified on 10 October 2014, Mr Khan's aggregate interest at 9 October 2014 was 44,583,855 common shares representing 11.09% of issued share capital. This was held as to: Pennine, 23,000,000 common shares; ECK Partners Holdings Limited, 12,020,859 common shares; and SSSF, 9,562,996 common shares.

On 21 October 2014 Mr Khan's aggregate interest was 37,833,855 common shares representing 9.41% of issued share capital (threshold passed 11%, 10%), held as to: Pennine, 23,000,000 common shares; ECK Partners Holdings Limited, 12,020,859 common shares; and SSSF, 2,812,996 common shares.
