London, 8 January 2015 - Touchstone was notified today by Mr Ilyas Khan that his aggregate beneficial ownership has increased from 48,533,855 to 53,383,855 representing 11.10% of issued share capital (threshold passed 11%) held as to: Pennine Capital Limited, 23,000,000 common shares; ECK Partners Holdings Limited, 22,720,859 common shares; and Stanhill Special Situations Fund Limited, 7,662,996 common shares.
The above percentage has been calculated on the current issued share capital of 480,982,800.
