Touchstone Gold Limited ("Touchstone" or "the Company"), received notice on 10 June 2011 that, on the same day, Lord Clanwilliam, Patrick James Gillford, a Non-Executive Director of Touchstone, purchased 57,500 shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 27 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above purchase, Lord Clanwilliam, Patrick James Gillford's beneficial interest in the company is 57,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06% of the Company's issued shares.
