Notifications of Transactions of Directors/ Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

Telecom Plus PLC received notifications today from Julian Schild, Deputy Chairman and Senior Non Executive Director, and Charles Wigoder, Executive Chairman, of the following purchases of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Julian Schild purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 650 pence each and therefore has an interest in 72,624 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1 per cent. of the total voting rights in the Company.

Charles Wigoder purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 652 pence each. Therefore Mr Wigoder now has a beneficial interest in 13,281,041 Ordinary Shares and a non-beneficial interest in 2,700,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 18.92 per cent. and 3.85 per cent. respectively of the total voting rights in the Company. The total number of Ordinary Shares in which Mr Wigoder retains an interest is 15,981,041 shares, representing approximately 22.77 per cent. of the total voting rights in the Company.
