Ten Entertainment Group plc (the 'Company'), announces that as at 12 May 2022 its total issued share capital consisted of 68,367,784 ordinary shares of 1p each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
This Notice of Total Voting Rights replaces the position stated in note 3 of RNS 3345K, the Result of AGM issued on 4th May which overstated the number of shares in issue by 9,000 (0.01%) due to a transposition error.
