TEG Enters into a Contract

with Waste Recycling Group

The TEG Group Plc (AIM: TEG) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary TEG Environmental Limited has entered into a contract with the Waste Recycling Group ("WRG") to process waste in TEG's current network of facilities. The contract will commence in the second half of 2012 and will expire in March 2015. The contract value will range from a minimum of £2.0 million up to £3.0 million depending upon the volume of waste delivered over the period. 

Commenting for TEG, Chief Executive Mick Fishwick said: "We are delighted to be working with WRG. The contract will further underpin our operations, will provide an additional new revenue stream and will pleasingly further cement our relationship with WRG".
