The Board of Ten Entertainment has been notified by Mark Willis, Chief Financial Officer, of his decision to resign from the Company to join Pendragon PLC, the FTSE 350 company.
Ā
Mark will be serving his notice period of 6 months to enable an orderly hand over, and the Company is well placed with a very strong and experienced finance team. He will step down from the Board and leave the Company on 18 April 2019. A search for a high-quality successor will now begin.
Nick Basing Chairman said:
"Whist we are disappointed that Mark has decided to leave the Company, we respect his decision to join a much larger Company. The Board wishes to extend its gratitude to Mark for his hard work and contribution to Ten Entertainment."
