Directors dealing - pledging of shares
In light of recent press reports in relation to other companies, Telford Homes announces that for the purposes of Rule 17 of the AIM Rules, the following directors have pledged ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Telford Shares"):
David Holland pledged 450,000 Telford Shares as collateral for an overdraft facility arranged in March 2007.
Jon Di-Stefano pledged 40,000 Telford Shares as collateral for a loan entered into in November 2005.
John Fitzgerald pledged 40,000 Telford Shares as collateral for a loan entered into in June 2006.
David Holland, Jon Di-Stefano and John Fitzgerald remain the registered holders and beneficial owners of all the Telford Shares referred to above, and retain control of the voting rights attached to such shares. The total number of Telford Shares in issue is 38,000,000.
