Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it has been informed that on 3 February 2014 James Henry Furlong, Land Director, disposed of 90,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for nil consideration to a close friend and their family.

Following the disposal, Mr Furlong is beneficially interested in 1,292,836 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.19% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
