Telford Homes PLC01 August 2007 1st August 2007 Telford Homes Plc ('Telford Homes' or the 'Company') Appointment of Directors The Company is pleased to confirm the appointment today of two additionaldirectors further to the announcement with the Company's AGM trading statementon 5th July 2007. The additional directors are John Anthony Fitzgerald, aged 36, and MarkAlexander Parker, aged 44, who will jointly take on the roles andresponsibilities of Group Managing Director. John was project manager at Furlong Homes Plc for four years prior to joiningthe Company on the 10th February 2003. He was previously appointed a director ofthe Company, responsible for construction, for the period from 8th March 2004until 31st March 2005 when, following a re-structuring of the Group, he wasappointed divisional managing director of Telford Homes Alto. Mark spent four years as construction director, three at the North LondonDivision of Kingsoak and one at Alfred McAlpine Homes East, before joining theCompany on 28th February 2005 as divisional managing director of Telford HomesMetro. Their holdings in the Company are as follows: Directors No of ordinary shares % of issued share capital John Fitzgerald 192,410 0.52%Mark Parker 154,982 0.42% John Fitzgerald holds unapproved options over 160,000 shares at an exerciseprice of 75p per share. Mark Parker holds approved options over 21,660 shares and unapproved optionsover 50,542 shares all at an exercise price of 138.5p per share.
