Notification of transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
The Company has been notified that on 18 January 2016 Lindsay Page, Chief Operating Officer and Group Finance Director, acquired 190 Ordinary Shares in the Company through his Individual Savings Account (ISA). The shares were purchased at a price of 2637 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this transaction, Lindsay Page has a beneficial interest in 81,229 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.18% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital of 43,970,359.
Lindsay Page also holds nil-cost options in respect of 80,501 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plans and an option over 1,875 Ordinary Shares under the Ted Baker Sharesave Scheme.
Notification of the above transaction is made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
