Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company has been notified that on 12 August 2016 Ray Kelvin CBE, Founder and Chief Executive of the Company, had entered into a personal loan facility with Goldman Sachs International Bank ("Goldman Sachs") and has granted a pledge in favour of Goldman Sachs over 3,500,000 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company as security for any amounts which may be due from time to time under the facility.
Ray Kelvin CBE remains the beneficial owner of the shares subject to the pledge, and retains full voting rights. As such, Ray Kelvin CBE has a beneficial interest in 15,540,280 Ordinary Shares.
