The Company has been notified of the following transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs").
On 27 March 2018 Lindsay Page, Chief Operating Officer and Group Finance Director, acquired 303 Ordinary Shares in the Company through his Individual Savings Account (ISA). The shares were purchased at a price of 2532 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this transaction, Lindsay Page has a beneficial interest in 81,532 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.18% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital of 44,474,478.
The attached notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, gives further detail.
