Telefonica O2 Czech Republic, A.S.02 April 2008 Press release Personnel changes Date: 2 April 2008 Effective as of May 1, 2008, Vice President for Finance of Telefonica O2 CzechRepublic Ramon Ros will leave the company. He has been appointed to the positionof Chief Financial Officer for O2 UK. Ramon Ros will be replaced by Jesus Perezde Uriguen who will join Telefonica O2 Czech Republic also in May. Jesus Perezde Uriguen is currently Chief Financial Officer in Telefonica Centroamerica. "I would personally like to thank Ramon for his commitment and tremendouscontribution, not only in the financial area, but also to the total company.
