Tricorn (AIM: TCN.L), the AIM listed tube manipulation specialist, announces that at its adjourned Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, the resolution adopting Tricorn's Annual Report and Accounts for the 18 months ended 30 September 2020 was duly passed.
