Director's Dealing

The Company announces that Yosi Fait, its Finance Director and an Executive Director, has increased his holding in the Company by an additional 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each, as a result of the exercise of 50,000 options at an exercise price of 20 pence and 50,000 options at an exercise price of 25 pence, both under the Company's share option plan. Mr. Fait does not intend to sell the resulting shares at this time.
