The Company announces that it was notified on 30 May 2016 that on 27 May 2016, Mr. Enrico Testa, the Company's Chairman, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 226.5 pence per share.
Following the transaction, Mr. Testa owns, or is directly interested in, 1,155,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.0% of the total voting rights in the Company.
