Director/PDMR Shareholding
Telit Communications PLC ("Telit", "the Group", AIM: TCM), announces that the following transaction has taken place:
On 3 August 2015, Telit issued to Yariv Dafna, Finance Director and President, Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") under the Telit 2015 Employee Share Plan (the "Plan"). Mr. Dafna was not a director at the time. On 4 August 2019, 25,000 of these RSUs automatically vested pursuant to the terms of the RSUs, and accordingly, on that date, beneficial ownership over these 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares") transferred.
Mr Dafna's resultant beneficial interest in the Company is 83,000 Shares representing 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
