Director Shareholding
Telit has been notified that Oozi Cats, CEO and a director of the Company, on Friday 21 October 2011 acquired 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 44.0 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Cats owns 3,430,357 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 3.34% of the Company. In addition, Mr. Cats is interested in 15,600,000 shares owned by Boostt B.V., in which he holds a 50% interest and in 1,250,000 shares owned by parties holding the other 50% of Boostt. In total, Mr Cats is now interested in 20,280,357 shares, or 19.75% of the outstanding shares.
The issued share capital of Telit comprises 102,678,769 ordinary shares of 1 penny each, each with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.
