The awards will vest to the extent stretching Earnings Per Share and relative Total Shareholder Return ("TSR") targets (weighted equally) are achieved over a three-year performance period. TSR performance will be assessed relative to the constituents of the FTSE 250, excluding companies in the financial services and commodity sectors.
