In accordance with DTR 3.1.4R, the Company announces that on 15 February 2016 an award was made under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan 2014 to the following Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"):

Under the rules of the FY15 annual bonus plan, a third of the annual bonus payable for the year ended 30 September 2015 to the above PDMR is deferred in the form of a Deferred Bonus Award made under the Deferred Bonus Plan 2014. The shares will vest two years after the cash bonus payment date subject to continued employment and certain clawback provisions.
