Directorate change

Thomas Cook Group plc ('the Company') announces that Peter Marks, Non-Executive Director, has decided to retire from the Board at the conclusion of the Company's annual general meeting to be held on 20 February 2014. Emre Berkin, Independent Non-Executive Director and a member of the Health, Safety & Environmental Committee of the Board will succeed Peter Marks as Chair of that Committee from that date.

Frank Meysman, Chairman said:

"I would like to thank Peter for his support and contribution as a Board member and as Chair of the Health, Safety & Environmental Committee. My fellow Directors and I wish him well for the future."
