Change of Name

 Terra Capital PLC (formerly Speymill Macau Property Company plc) is pleased to announce that, following shareholder approval at the general meeting held on 24 May 2012, the change of company name has been certified by the Companies Registry of the Isle of Man Department for Economic Development and is now effective. The Company's TIDM will change to "TCA" to reflect its new name.
