Administration of ECV
ECV provides the following update regarding the Company.
Further to prior announcements Kirstie Jane Provan and Mark Robert Fry of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP were appointed as joint administrators of the Company on 17 October 2014 pursuant to paragraph 22 of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
The Administrators are officers of the Court and act as agent of the Company without personal liability.
The appointment of administrators causes the automatic termination of the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker agreement with immediate effect. Pursuant to AIM Rule 1 the Company has one month to appoint a replacement nominated adviser before its admission to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
The Company (via its administrators) is taking steps to appoint a replacement nominated adviser.
