Director's Shareholding
On Friday 30th March, Roger Taylor, Deputy Chairman, notified the Company that he had acquired 1,524,234 ordinary shares in the Company. Roger Taylor's interest in the Company has now increased to 2,587,932 shares representing approximately 0.28% of the issued share capital.
This acquisition was following the exercise of 2,258,300 share options some of which were due to lapse if not exercised as they were near the tenth anniversary of their grant date. The exercise prices were 52p, 48p and nil. The share price used for the purpose of such acquisition and exercise was 136.02p.
