Director Shareholding

Dido Harding, Chief Executive, exercised a total of 236,220 nil priced share options on 13 November 2013. She then immediately disposed of a sufficient number of the resulting shares in order to cover her tax obligations in respect of such exercise, retaining ownership of the balance of 106,619 ordinary shares in the Company.

Following this transaction, Dido Harding is now interested in 2,371,823 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.25% of the issued share capital of the Company.
