Director Shareholding

Roger Taylor, Deputy Chairman, yesterday exercised a total of 436,144 share options that were due to expire shortly if not exercised. He then immediately disposed of a sufficient number of resulting shares in order to cover the option cost and his tax obligations in respect of such exercise, retaining ownership of the balance of 52,709 ordinary shares in the Company.

Following this transaction, Roger Taylor is now interested in 1,036,758 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.113% of the issued share capital of the Company.
