Directorate change
TalkTalk Group today announces that David Goldie has decided to step down from the Board and his role as Group Commercial Director after 14 years with the business, first with Opal, then Carphone Warehouse and latterly with TalkTalk Group. His intention is to focus on a portfolio of non-executive roles. David will stand down from the Board with immediate effect and leave the company at the end of September 2013.
Dido Harding, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
"As one of the main architects of TalkTalk, David has made an enormous contribution to TalkTalk and in fact to the telecommunications industry as a whole. It has been a pleasure to work with him and he will be greatly missed."

"David has been instrumental to building the successful business that TalkTalk is today. We will miss his wisdom and experience but we wish him every success for the future."
