John Gildersleeve, a non-executive director of the Company, was appointed non-executive Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director of Spire Healthcare Group PLC ("Spire") on 24 June 2014. Spire was admitted to trading on London Stock Exchange on 23 July 2014.
