Director's share purchase
SysGroup (AIM: SYS), announces that it has received notification that on 21 July 2017, Chris Evans, Chief Executive Officer, sold 71,125 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") for 40.00p and purchased 74,362 Ordinary Shares at 40.05p for the benefit of his SIPP, a net increase of 3,237 Ordinary Shares. He further purchased 15,081 Ordinary Shares at a market price of 41.80p and an additional 69,235 Ordinary Shares off-market at a price of 40.00p per Ordinary Share.
As a result of these transactions Mr Evans increased his holding by 87,533 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.38% of the Company's issued share capital. Mr Evans's total interest in the Company is now 1,128,164 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.88% of the total voting rights of the Company.
