Non-Executive Independent Directors and Related Parties share dealings in OAO Severstal GDRs

Mr Ronald Freeman, Non-Executive Independent Director of OAO Severstal, purchased 14,100 GDRs of OAO Severstal on September 16, 2008, for a price of US$ 13.39 per security.

Following this transaction, Mr Freeman's total shareholding in the company is 24 100 securities. 

Also on September 16, 2008, Mrs Catherine Ann Clark, the wife of OAO Severstal's Chairman, Chris Clark, purchased 12,718 GDRs of OAO Severstal for a price of US$13.89 per security. 

Following this transaction, Mrs Clark's the total shareholding in the company is 12,718 securities.
