NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Lakehouse plc (the "Company")

The following notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).

The Company was notified on 10 February 2016 of the following transaction in ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

Johnathan Ford, a Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 38.57p per share. Following the transaction, the total interest held by Johnathan Ford in the issued share capital of the Company is 83,707 Ordinary Shares.

The transaction took place in London on 10 February 2016.
